My name is Mayur Sonawane, founder of My Film Production. I hold a Master of Commerce degree from North Maharashtra University, completed with distinction. Alongside my academic background, I pursued a Diploma in Dramatics, which laid the creative foundation for my journey in the media and film industry. My journey in film production began in 2019, working on web series, songs, and advertising projects while managing responsibilities as an Accounts Manager.
Although I was gaining experience and working on notable projects with well-known companies as a subcontractor, I realized that I was not building a distinct identity in the industry. While these projects provided financial growth, they lacked personal recognition. This realization became the driving force behind building a brand that reflects both quality and identity.
To change that, I took a decisive step and officially started working under the brand name My Film Production in February 2025. On 27th February 2025, the brand was formally launched. Within a few months, the growth trajectory encouraged me to resign from my job and fully dedicate myself to the production business.
